Introducing the macondas
...or the story of how we got here
Once upon a time there were 3 girls who wanted to make music. So life brought Cynthia, Laura and Maye together to become The Macondas and rock the world of Tropical House, Electronica and Hip Hop.
In 2015 their debut album "Chocobanana" was well received by music critics, who advised that their act was "refreshing, fun and risky", considering that their genre has been normally associated with male acts.
Their second album, "Guayaba Perfect", is now available and comes bigger and better. As well, The Macondas will start their first regional tour starting August 2019.
